I found the questions to be of easy to average difficulty, as they were standard questions, most of which I had anticipated and was prepared to answer. Additionally, I was asked to describe how I would, or how I have in the past, handle a variety of potential situations. I recommend the following preparations: familiarize yourself with the company, including their mission and values, company culture, and the specific responsibilities of the job. It is important to know exactly what the needs of the company are, and specifically, the way these needs would be met, within the capacity of your potential position. I always try to think about what I can do for them, and not what the company can do for me.
