Office Assistant Interview Questions

"Office assistants serve both employees and customers by supporting operations, troubleshooting, and maintaining supplies. During an interview, employers may ask about your interest in their industry, competence in word-processing programs, and your personal skills that you can bring to the company. In addition, be prepared to talk about how you work under stress or handle conflict within the work environment. To ace your interview, come with an enthusiastic attitude with a real deal desire to help others."

I won't disclose any details of my interview. I'm guessing, however, from the similar approach management of MedExpress has to many other corporations, the most difficult question you will get is, "What do you think your weaknesses are?" If I were you, I wouldn't say that, "I work too hard," or "I care too much." They're generic and played out. But, I also wouldn't say, "well I used to smoke crack and sometimes I still have urges..." Go for a balance such as...well, you can figure it out I hope, if you have made it thus far.

And there was a background check after offer is accepted, that has to be passed before you can begin working. Looks for anything beyond a standard traffic violation.
