They asked if I could deal with bad employee behavior? They wanted to know if I could handle current admin staff negative attitudes? (I already had on arrival). They seemed concerned the current staff would treat the new Office Manager badly, but didn't want to directly state it. I got asked at least 4-5 questions about "dealing with negative situations or people." I found that disturbing.

I was told that the position was extremely demanding, requiring 50-60 hours per week with only 1 day off. This would continue through out the school year but would normalize to virtually no work over the summer. They asked, "Are you willing to have no life and be completely dedicated to us for the next 9 months until school is out?"
