I wasn't asked anything about my skills. They seemed really focused on my personality, not my career history.
At this time in my career the most unexpected question was "Where do you expect to be in five years?" I was pretty young and hadn't given this question a lot of thought. I was in school pursuing a degree so I used that to my advantage in forming an answer.
I do not re-call any difficult questions. I was comfortable and able to answer questions presented to me.
Asked me to plan a mock event -- most other questions were your standard interview questions.
The word problems caught me totally off guard! It was obvious that the point of these riddles was not to find the correct answer; but to see how you work out your problems, what steps you take to find solutions, and how well you handle discipline.
There really were no questions.
The questions weren't hard but the behaviour of the CEO was off putting.
