There were no difficult or unexpected questions. All were very basic: tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, what made you want to apply here.

Executive Director's questions were the most "far out". Though his questions were anything but textbook on what to ask at an interview, they were effective ways of determining "fit" with their organization. I'll leave it at that. To meet with him, come prepared to be a genuine human being able to jump in and run with it... (of course I didn't get the job so perhaps I'm wrong.) The other two staff asked the type of questions the rest of us think we need to be asked at an interview: such as how our work experience pertains to the position, what are skills are in specific areas needed in this role, etc.
Talked about previous experience and how it would fit with their company.
