How do you handle difficult situations?
Walk us through your resume.
Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision.
What is your background? Why this position? In regards to career, where do you see yourself in the future? What is an example of a mistake you made at a previous job and what did you learn from it? What is one thing that would keep you from accepting an offer?
Usual things related to CV and experience, mostly asking if I had questions for them. Overall what I'd call a business casual style of interview. Was asked to prepare a presentation with 2ish days notice for the final face to face interview but didn't really present and more discussed it with the interviewers.
How is your attention to detail?
Why did I want to work for their company.
Basic questions about my previous experience. More of a casual conversation interview than a traditional Q&A- which I appreciate.
