Interview
Since i worked nights the interview was late around 9pm when the supervisors were there. This was technically my second interview. You go to temp first then interview. Then orientation if the company wants you and you pass background.
At the main on semi interview its usually 2 to 4 people they ask you questions and you answer. They also describe the job to you to see if its a good fit. They dont tell you then amd there if they want you. You have to wait for the onsite temp to call and tell you. Its a little nerve racking but usually the people interviewing are nice and relaxed.
