First round was a phone interview with HR, asked a few questions like Tell me about yourself, What do you know about ON Semi, Salary expections, what are your positives and Negatives. Second round was 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions were related to academic projects. Third round of interview was On-site. The questions were based on academic projects, static timing analysis, physical design and verification. The interviewers will test your basic knowledge on the subject.
