I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at onsemi (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2015
Interview
First there was a quick phone interview. The in person one was scheduled shortly after. Overall pretty straightforward, though HR took slightly longer than they originally estimated. The interviewers were nice and they made it clear what was expected of me prior to the actual interview.
