Hypothetical questions that are role-specific, asking how I would handle certain situations. These were focused on problem solving and reasoning abilities, and I was encouraged to ask clarifying questions and talk it out as I responded; I don't think the interviewers expect candidates to necessarily know the right answer. These questions came later in the interview process (second and third round of in-person interviews) and were fun to think through/answer, but definitely upped the overall difficulty from "average" to "challenging"; often more information and scenarios were added in as I answered to complicate things.
