Questions all geared towards my experience . Straight forward questions- very general. Of course they asked why I wanted to work for Fralock/Aerospace manufacturing. I feel that a smaller company such as Fralock would have a greater opportunity to learn and advance within the Aerospace Industry. I am a fast learner with a strong work ethics and I know I could contribute my experience towards improving productivity. Was told I needed to take an English second language test. Guys just because I am Latino doesn't mean I can read and write in English. I have a college degree and was born and raised in the USA. Did I step in a time machine and into the 1960,s? Wow. This really bothered me. I know people who work or have worked at Fralock and each had good and bad things to say about working here. Most have moved on or are looking for other jobs. Guess I had to experience this for myself. I did not get a good feeling about working here. With the Economy improving there are a lot of places to choose from and Fralock was at the bottom of my list. Needless to say I found employment else where with a better starting salary and with actual benefits.
