As an entry level job, there were no extremely hard questions in the interview. There were a lot of questions reguarding past experiences for example; Name a time when you had an upset customer, and what did you do to calm them down. name a time when you had a large amount of work, and not enough time to do it in and what you did to make sure it all got done.

No difficult questions. Like I said they "couldn't find my application" so they just asked me the behavioral questions.
