I was asked if I was ok with handling the responsibilities of the job, being mainly sending out routine correspondence and heavy follow ups to emails, phone calls, etc. with clients, medical providers and insurance providers to ensure that the client was treating and that the case was proceeding as scheduled. The majority of the questions were based on the particular responsibilities of the job and overall punctuality as to meeting deadlines and following company policy. The interview quickly stemmed away from the classic interview questions such as “Tell me a little about yourself” as the quality of the conversation was impeccable throughout. This is why I cannot provide sufficient detail as to the particular questions aside from standard interview questions as the conversation took it’s own course for most of the interview.
