They asked in the first interview what my current pay was and what I expected future pay to be and why there was a difference.

They kept it pretty basic and strictly asked questions regarding my skill and my resume in order to ensure I would be the right fit for the job. Each interviewer was different in his/her approach but overall I would say it was a conversational type of interview.
