In the application they ask for SSN, DOB & are you over 40, and CDL # as well as residences for last 7 years. It is not appropriate to ask this during an APPLICATION! Given so many data breaches and identity theft this is not okay. This is information that should not be provided until an offer is made and for a background check, and not even sure that background is necessary for this role.
