One interview question that stuck with me was how I would describe myself in one word, when it comes to how I show up in a team setting.
The team probed on intellectual curiosity and industry experience, and several of our conversations were led by my questions, vs the interviewer. This allowed for more fluid conversation and gave everyone a sense of core competencies as well as conversational style.
