It was just the first initial screening. The questions were mostly related about myself. When we arrived to the "do you have any question for us" part, I asked several questions about the role, but the interviewer had no clue about the job and could not answer any of my questions.

What is your greatest strength.
What do you think about our rate card?, What would you do if a client tells you it's expensive?
Competency questions on strengths / weaknesses - what has gone well in past that you're most proud of, what hasn't gone well etc.
How comfortable do you feel being an individual contributor?
Example with data driven decision?

- Mention three strengths
