During the phone interview, it was all "tell me about a time when...." questions. Times when you've struggled and how you recovered, compassion, customer service, etc. The in person interview was easy breezy (for me). Personal questions about why healthcare, why Christ, etc. I think the in person interview is for them to see if you're a good culture fit.
