The interviewer was largely too busy running over his career prior to joining Direct Line to ask me much at all. I got to the second stage largely by pretending to be impressed and interested in what he'd done at the BBC and so on. Also a duff interviewer, with questions such as: What three things are you best at?
Why are you applying? What are your experiences?

-Describe a time you worked on a project involving a lot of data. What were the challenges? -What are three key metrics that relate to growth marketing?
What are my responsibilities for my current job, Why do I want to change my job, Am I managing a team currently.
What optimizations to use in order to meet KPIs?

Tell me about a time you disagreed with a manager
Tell me about a time you had to deliver difficult news to a client
They will be really interesting in you and your experiences, but the main thing they will look at it is that if you can fit in the company's culture. That's really important! Than for the business case, they will give you all the info for doing at best.
