I found it odd in the second stage interview which was for the position of Personal Assistant, that they kept asking questions about customers, when it was not a customer facing role. I asked if by customer, they meant the person i would be assisting, but they said they meant customers in general. Very strange and nothing to do with the role I had applied for.
Usual questions like: why did you apply here? Why should we hire you? And so on.. very typical questions and no tests.

They were interested in experiences of minute taking as well as owning up to when you make a problem in a busy environment
