There were about an hour of STAR questions. All pretty basic, however in my case the interviewer (who was weak by his own admittance) did not ask one of the questions properly. It came up later and he asked it the correct way, very different answer was needed from the one I gave, however he would not let me address this.

Almost all of the questions were related to past B2B sales experience and I was right out of college so I felt that wasn't great on their part considering they were looking for someone to fill an entry level position.
What creative idea have you brought to a group/team?
Why are you a good fit? Provide an example of how you set and achieved a long term and a short term goal. Provide examples of when you achieved a personal and professional goal of which you are most proud. They provided some scenarios and asked how I would handle them. (Physician refuses to see me, how do I overcome objections?) The 5 STARR method was helpful to prepare.
