Pretty standard questions (greatest strength, etc.) but were going very deep into specific scenarios to assess culture fit.
It was a behavioral interview with the supervisors of my specific policy area. They asked why I was interested in the specific area, how I have showed the interest in previous experiences, asked about my writing and research experience etc. I found it to be very conversational.
