Too many hypothetical questions that in 80% (or more) give false negative result (in terms of candidate's cognitive capabilities). It has nothing to do with reality and real life / work environment.

The hardest segment of the interview was about 3/4 of the way through the day (after the height of my energy since I was jet lagging too) I had an hour of scenario questions. It is tough to be put on the spot like that. I normally do this for my job now, but adding the interviewing pressure on top is tough.
