Know vlookup, pivot tables, fuzzy match (later found out what this was after the test), and basic brokerage basics such as commission structures, account types (Individual, trusts, taxable vs. non-taxable). They also throw in logic questions at the end which are pretty much pointless in determining if a candidate would do well in a job.
