I could not answer a couple of questions properly although I was confident but failed to deliver over the Skype interview. I sent a follow-up email to the hiring boss about my anxiety but it turned out to be a minor issue anyway.
What is your big shortcoming?
the academic background, work experiences, techniques, and career interests. There were also a lot of chatting about hobbies and stuff. Overall it was not very hard process. They seemed already did the homework before the one on one interview and decided to hire me.
