Since you don't have experience or networks, how are you going to fill up the gaps. Whatever answer you give is not going to make a difference, its the bottom line that counts. My advice to HR and management is please only invite those who at least meet your basic credentials instead of asking the obvious. It's wasting your time and your interviewee's time.
