They asked the typical situational questions. They emphasized that it is a fast paced environment, @ 1200 mattresses a day, which they seemed to imply they thought I couldn't do it, even though it's a simple stream-lined process.
Most of the questions were preprinted basic questions. No thought was put into leadership style, conflict resolution, etc.

Very simple interview, they basically wanted to know if you could figure anything out mechanically. They seemed pretty excited to just have someone that could breathe on there own.
They asked me how I adapt well to change as well as a fast paced environment.
