I was prepared for all the questions and had accurately guessed at the sort I would be asked. Be prepared to answer questions about previous academic experience, teaching experience, teaching philosophy and approach, and what you see as being the role of community college education and how it should be approached.

They asked me about my prior experience with first generation college students, my availability to teach a full part-time load of 3 classes, and whether I would be interested in teaching evening classes.
