For my interview, I was asked to give a 15 minute presentation.
Name a large company or organization and describe what they sell and to whom they sell.
The line managers interview was more challenging and was longer - an hour. They asked many questions: my internship experiences and why that department etc. Be prepared to be able to answer with conviction on why are you keen to join OCBC and that department.
How did you motivate people in your team?
Behavioral were standard questions like strongest accomplishment, most creative, etc. The tech were related to Java. Seemed like they wanted to know the basics of Java such as garbage collection, keywords like static final etc, inheritance, object orientation, etc. Basically, stuff you should have learned from your first Java course.
Challenge, Leadership experience.
what was the technical decision you had make? Why did you make that choice? What was your thought process?
There really wasn't anything unexpected. It's the standard behavioral questions.
