How would you build out an empty warehouse for fulfillment operations--what are all the technical specs you would implement from beginning to end with only 4 walls. I was told to bear in mind that all the warehouses are different, there is no blueprint, roadmap or legacy information on how this is done because they move so quickly and there is little time to document processes.

What did you do about it? Evaluated the customer experience . Solve a problem that required in-depth analysis. How did you know you were focusing on the right things? Anticipate a customer need with a solution/product they didn't know they needed/wanted yet. Behavioral questions focused on the Amazon Leadership Principals, some tell you up front and some do not. Focus on the STAR method for best results. The interview questions were good overall, it is emphasized to not repeat any stories, but it's hard to when you have 5 interviews asking 3 questions each.
