Lots of Amazon type STAR questions. Tell me about a time.....What would you do if in a certain situation. Lots of consultative questions. How would you fix this or that.
"How would design an XXXXX system? What features would it have? What would an architectural diagram look like?" (I was asked 2 questions like this)
Questions were mostly salary and if the amount was less than the interviewer's own salary, then they would become snooty. Also questions are deceiving in that they want candidates to reveal strategies of their competitors are tactics they are using to succeed and/or run operations. In the past I applied for another position with Chase and was asked why I didn't work for them back then as if they were doing me a big favor.
