Programmer Interview Questions

Programmers are responsible for developing code to build products. In an interview context, expect to be quizzed on your technical skills through different kinds of computing problems or brainteasers. The specific questions you are asked will depend on what type of programming position you are looking for. Telephone Interview: - Tell me what you know about Opus Talent Solutions? - Why do you want to be a Recruitment Consultant? - What do you know about the Recruitment industry? Assessment Day: It was really more of an informal conversation! It was a very comfortable environment, didn't feel like an interview. The person who interviewed me, Holly, would ask questions in passing like 'tell me about yourself? how would your friends describe you?' There was also a 'what motivates you?' and 'why did you choose this particular role?'. They're all fairly standard interview questions but they were asked in a very informal manner. I think it was done like that to keep interviewees at ease. Which did help a lot.
