There were no formal questions. I was the one asking all the questions, which is problematic and a clear lack of organizational oversight. I understand that the majority of office staff is working remotely, however online video interviews do exist. Pathetic interview process and I feel bad for the operators that answer to an unorganized leadership.

Standard experience/about you type questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. More conversational than very formal, which helped me feel at ease and connect with the manager.
