The interview questions were standard; things like given the current environment how would you move things forward, or give me an example of when you were successful in ambiguous situation. The interviewers all had a standard playbook with each asking questions from a different section.

What is the main challenge you have been facing when managing clinical trials
What do you know about Xactly? Have you performed any change management or transformation work? Have you presented to a board before? Have you worked on M&A integration?
Tell me about yourself and then a long diatribe of their woes and miseries. I wasn’t sure if my answer actually mattered
