For this exercise, imagine you have been asked by senior leadership to evaluate what has happened in the Floorcare category over the last 12 months and provide recommendations for how Dyson can grow given the competitive environment. Attached is a snapshot of market share for the Floorcare category. It includes the performance of each brand over the past 12 months compared to the prior 12 months.
