The most notable part of the process was the case study. Candidates were asked to evaluate two strategic options for growing the company’s loyalty program (focused on increasing awareness and increasing perceived value), choose one path, explain why it was selected, and clearly articulate why the alternative was not chosen.
A developer is already working on a project and says he does not have time to take on your new project, how would you convince him/her that your project is significant?

The VP felt I did not ask enough questions, or at least alluded to it but I was not sure what else to ask since I am so Junior
