They asked the typical questions of strengths/weaknesses, 5 year goal, etc. They may have gotten more savvy since then, it was 5 years ago. There are extensive personality tests by corporate once you get past the interviews, however. Hiring took a while.

They didn't have the courtesy to cancel, but rather wasted my time by having me drive down there, wait 50 minutes, then call me back to tell me the position has been filled. Don't waste your time
