I have 4 plus years of experience, & they asked me about bond & also they took aptitude test, & lady who's name is Roohi shaikh doesn't have any manners to talk with any person, she is a CEO of the company & she don't know how to talk, no professionalism . She is so rude & her age is almost more than 35 & she is a single may be that's why she was behaving like this, totally mad psycho. She scold her HR in front of me, even in the interview she expect from us that only give answer of her question don't say any extra single word & if you try to explain something in depth, she will stop you & will ask another question, She don't want to listen you. & no etiquette, highly unprofessional. Last but not the least, she don't know the testing process, she just hire a testers to support developer, she doesn't give any respect to testers, because she don't know what is the need of a testing & testers. One of friend is working in this organization, he is now in the hell.

(not exactly word for word) 1st interview qs: Tell me about yourself, name a piece of technology that in my lifetime I think has made a big contribution, what does the company do, what is the role you are applying for, why have you applied for it, what do you think role will involve, then some questions about CV. 2nd interview: Why applying to this company, tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years time, what will be the hardest challenge you will have in this role, tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how you overcame it, why the change in industry (if applying for a role where you are coming from a different industry ), do you have any hobbies.
