Be prepared to answer questions about your ability to listen to a potential candidate. Expect questions about your relationship with past managers, how you deal with rejected candidates, and when a candidate may reject a job offer from you.
They try to understand your motivation to bill, so they ask you a lot of questions (direct or indirect) to see how motivated you are to make money. they are also interested in people who are eager to self develop, so expect a lot of questions around that too
Behavioral and seem to follow a script, not very personable.
