Hiring agencies and corporations look for someone with good listening and communication skills when hiring a recruiter. Be prepared to answer questions about your ability to listen to a potential candidate. Expect questions about your relationship with past managers, how you deal with rejected candidates, and when a candidate may reject a job offer from you.
There were alot of situational questions about how would I build a pipeline of candidates, what methods would I use, etc. There was also a great deal of discussion of the history of Farmers as well and a great deal of description of the day-to-day operations of the District and their brand of agent support.
