Do you have any commitments outside that would cause you to be late to work? Do you have a car or take the bus?
Background and skill set based. Personality questions like "what motivates you" "what are your goals" etc etc. Not a STAR or situational type of interview process. If you meet with a VP, or the CEO/President - shoot them straight, they see through the fluff and will make up their minds pretty quickly on if you're right for the company. You lack confidence or are hesitant you wont get the time of day and it will be a short interview w/ no offer.

There was not one difficult question....it was more on your response and if they deemed it in line with their more vintage view within the telus world and not what other effectice ways are there of doing things.
