Don't recall specifics as as my phone interview with the hiring manager (in KY or TX) lasted an hour but there were a lot of very detailed (hypothetical) situation questions. I definitely got the feeling there was a sense of disappointment when my answers didn't correspond with her thoughts or weren't in-line with the company. Interview abruptly ended, and I received the obligatory "We wish you well on your next endeavor" email first thing the next morning."
