Tell me how you manage an Manager that shows challenges in meeting expectations?
I don't remember any canned classic interview questions. My interviews were discussions about the business with topical challenges thrown in along the way. There was a genuine effort to understand who I was a a person and how I think.
What does your experience bring to the company that someone else may not have?
My region is outside of the main headquarters - they were very concerned and focused with how I would be able to bring our culture and values to the outside region in order to ensure our teams felt connected to our home office. I loved that they were focused on ensuring the culture was felt near and far!
Can you talk about a time you had to interact with a diverse group of people (worded something along those lines).
Was I aware of the Amazon Leadership Principles and describe situation where I applied those principles
