Which topic I was mostly interested in ?
No really any. The interviewer asked a lot about why I decided to do research in his field rather than my original area. They are very related, and I personally did not even see that as a departure from my original area.

The interview process was actually very casual with the manager introducing me to everyone in the lab and describing the work they do. In the end, the only questions she asked was if I had any questions, am I interested in the position, and when can I start.
Tell me about yourself. Describe your master’s project. What do you hope to be when you grow up? How did you find out about us and what interested you about the position / our lab? Why Boston? What do you currently work on in lab? - Why this lab, why this research? What interests you? - What do you do outside of school/work? Hobbies or activities? - Asked me to provide 2+ reference letters.
Brief introduction about yourself? What do you expect from the job? RA is not a permanent job, so what are your aims and goals? What is your dissertation about? What is your research interest? Previous experience as an RA?
Something along the lines of "What are your career goals?" or "What do you see yourself doing in 5 years?"
