First connected with a recruiter. She was very helpful. Took a Gallup assessment, no response from anyone for a week after that. Then, was contacted to meet with the hiring mgr with a 2 day notice. Moved my current work schedule around to make it work. She spoke almost the whole 30 mins and didn’t ask one question about my background. Not sure how they are bringing in quality candidates if they can’t actually interview them. Unprofessional, was no longer interested in the job after that interview.
