I did not get to an interview. I only got to the screening where they control (I assume) for higher education. I don't know what that means or what the baseline is but apparently I scored below average. Some of the screening questions were gauging my ability to recognize groups of identical numbers, which I assume would automatically rule out any candidates with dyslexia and/or dyscalculia. This portion was timed.
