I did not get to an interview. I only got to the screening where they control (I assume) for higher education. I don't know what that means or what the baseline is but apparently I scored below average. Some of the screening questions were gauging my ability to recognize groups of identical numbers, which I assume would automatically rule out any candidates with dyslexia and/or dyscalculia. This portion was timed.
They asked situational questions, mainly "tell us about a time" and there were a lot of them.

Asked about employee relations and compliance
Why are you looking for a new opportunity?
Situational based questions, that the other interviewer itself said was too difficult.
