Unfortunately, my background didn't really line up with the position. The hardest part came when he asked me about why I'd picked my major of Classics. I just wasn't fully prepared to defend my academic choice in light of my proposed employment.
There were no difficult questions
Most questions were basic and looked for how to apply my current experience as a future leader for Darden.
Where would I take the company over the next 2-5 year's? How would I grow the business to better serve the management team and Investor's?
Most of the questions were pretty standard, no out of left field questions.
