Excel and Pivot are required for the home task. Feedback about the hiring process: Very slow recruitment process, not adequate for a start-up environment. Larger enterprises can be faster. Lack of capability to think out of the box. Unexperienced young management that after a 1-month recruitment process still publishes on LinkedIn a post to advertise the same role when there were skilled and talented people ready to start working and make an impact in the new role. No feedback was provided apart from a general standard message from HR.
