I do not know what the interview questions are because they never called after scheduling me for a phone interview. I specifically planned my day around that interview and they just left me waiting. I did not and still have not received any emails saying they were cancelling or that they weren't interested anymore. I've heard nothing from them, not even an apology for leaving me hanging. I withdrew my application immediately since I felt like that was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation.

As a manager how would you improve productivity in your team?
Personally I did not have a problem with any of the questions. However, if you are not familiar with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc) you may struggle on the assessment. Do your homework first and study, there are plenty of brush of courses online for office.
