They wanted to see if I am able to manage and operate knowledge base platforms and if I have an understanding in sales
Literally the only thing they cared about was metrics. "What metrics would you utilized for promotion between different ADR levels?" ( Again, this is an ADR Sales Enablement Manager position, not an ADR Sales Management role.)
